By booking any service through Talecraft, you agree to the following terms:

1. Respect the Space

• Treat the Dice Dungeon and its equipment with care. Damages or theft may result in additional charges.
• BYOB is allowed, but drink responsibly. Disorderly or destructive behavior will not be tolerated.
• The space is under camera surveillance for security purposes.

2. Booking & Cancellations

• Minimum booking duration is 2 hours.
• Bookings are confirmed upon payment.
• Cancellations with full refund must be made at least 24 hours before your reservation. Later cancellations will not be refunded.

3. Responsibility & Conduct

• The person making the booking is responsible for the conduct of all guests.
• Talecraft is not liable for personal injury or loss/damage to personal items.

4. Subscriptions

• Subscribers are entitled to two evening sessions per month, subject to availability.
• If you cannot book within a month, your unused session credit can roll over to the following month, or any future month thereafter.

5. GM Services

• When booking a professional GM through Talecraft and Rolepeddlers, an additional 50€ setup/cleanup fee will apply per session.
• GM services are billed at 50€/h (40€/h for subscribers).

6. Children & Minors

• Children under 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

7. Amendments

• Talecraft reserves the right to modify these terms at any time.
